Gold prices in Chennai have increased today. The price of 22-carat gold has risen by ₹560 per sovereign, bringing the rate to ₹1,20,960 per sovereign (8 grams). The price per gram has also increased by ₹70, reaching ₹15,120.
Meanwhile, silver prices remain unchanged today. One gram of silver is being sold at ₹300, while bar silver is priced at around ₹3,00,000.
