Gold and Silver Prices: Sudden Rise Today After Continuous Decline

The price of gold has been fluctuating sharply over the past few days. After falling on the 18th and rising on the 19th, the price dropped again the day before yesterday. Following this, gold prices also declined yesterday.

The day before yesterday, one gram of gold was sold at ₹11,500 and one sovereign at ₹92,000. Yesterday, due to a decline of ₹40 per gram and ₹320 per sovereign, the prices fell to ₹11,460 per gram and ₹91,680 per sovereign, bringing the sovereign rate below ₹92,000.

Silver Price

The price of silver has also been decreasing gradually. The day before yesterday, it fell by ₹3 per gram and ₹3,000 per kg. Yesterday, silver declined further by ₹4 per gram and ₹4,000 per kg, resulting in a selling rate of ₹169 per gram and ₹1,69,000 per kg.

Sudden Increase Today

In this situation, the price of gold has seen a sharp rise today. Gold has increased by ₹170 per gram and ₹1,360 per sovereign. Currently,

- One sovereign is sold at ₹93,040

Silver has risen by ₹3 per gram, and is now being sold at:

- ₹1,72,000 per kg
