Chennai Traffic Improves at TIDEL Park Signal After Barricades Installed

Traffic flow at the TIDEL Park signal in Chennai has improved after traffic police installed barricades to separate right-turning vehicles from straight-moving traffic.

The junction had earlier witnessed right-turning vehicles blocking lanes meant for straight-moving traffic, leading to congestion. Following the installation of the barricades, vehicles are now largely keeping the straight-moving lanes clear.

The improvement has been particularly noticeable among MTC buses, with most buses following the designated lanes.

The new traffic arrangement is expected to help reduce congestion and improve traffic flow at the TIDEL Park signal, especially during busy hours.
