The Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) has officially signed a contract to construct a skywalk link connecting the Phase-I and Phase-II Vadapalani Metro Stations.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Thiru. T. Archunan, Director (Projects), CMRL. Thiru. S. Ashok Kumar (CGM – T & EC) represented CMRL, while Thiru. K. G. MohanRaj, Managing Partner of M/s Kousic & Co., signed on behalf of the contractor. Senior officials including Dr. D. Jebaselwin Gladson (CGM – CP & M) and Tmt. Rekha Prakash (CGM – P\&D) were also present.
Project Details:
Cost: ₹8.12 crore (excluding GST)
Timeline: 120 days
