CM Vijay Roadshow from Coimbatore to Perundurai: Route and Erode Visit Details

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay travelled by road from Coimbatore Airport to Perundurai in Erode district on November 3, 2026. He arrived in Coimbatore from Chennai by a special flight in the morning before beginning his road journey.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to inaugurate government schemes and distribute welfare assistance at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Marriage Hall near Kanchikovil Pirivu, close to Perundurai.

CM Vijay`s Roadshow Route

From Coimbatore Airport, the Chief Minister`s convoy is travelling along the National Highway through the following locations:

- Avinashi

- Perumanallur

- Vijayamangalam

- Vijayamangalam Toll Plaza

- SIPCOT entrance

- Perundurai New Bus Stand

- Perundurai Old Bus Stand

- Kunnathur Four Roads

- Anna Statue

- Sri Lakshmi Narayana Marriage Hall

Arrangements have been made for members of the public to watch the roadshow from both sides of the road between Vijayamangalam Toll Plaza and the event venue. Barricades have also been installed along the route.

Welfare Assistance Worth Around ₹1,100 Crore

During the Perundurai event, the Chief Minister is expected to distribute welfare assistance to around 5,000 beneficiaries. The programmes include bank loan assistance for women`s self-help groups.

He is also scheduled to inaugurate several completed development projects in Erode district.
