Tambaram - Bodinayakanur Special Train Service Extended for Additional Days

Southern Railway has announced the extension of the Tambaram–Bodinayakanur Special Train Service for two additional days to accommodate passenger demand. According to a statement issued by the Tiruchirappalli Railway Division, the weekly special train (No. 06059) from Tambaram to Bodinayakanur will continue to operate on June 20 and June 27, 2026.

Similarly, the return service (No. 06060) from Bodinayakanur to Tambaram will run on June 21 and June 28, 2026. The extension is expected to benefit passengers travelling between Chennai and southern Tamil Nadu during the holiday and weekend period.

Passengers are advised to check train timings and seat availability before planning their journey.
