Hubballi–Rameswaram Weekly Special Train Extended Till June 2026

To help passengers during the peak summer travel season, Indian Railways has extended the operation of the weekly special train services between Hubballi and Rameswaram till the end of June.

According to railway officials, the weekly express train (No. 07355) running from Hubballi to Rameswaram every Sunday will continue operating from June 7 to June 28.

Similarly, the return weekly express train (No. 07356) from Rameswaram to Hubballi, which operates every Monday, has been extended from June 8 to June 29.

Railways have also announced the extension of weekly special trains on other major routes including:

- Hubballi to Kollam
- Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram

Officials said the decision was taken due to heavy passenger demand during the summer vacation season, as train reservations on several routes have already been fully booked.

Southern Railway authorities stated that additional special trains are being operated to manage the increased crowd and ensure smoother travel for passengers.
