Chennai Gold Price Today: 22K Gold Falls ₹70, Silver Rate Unchanged

Chennai gold prices fell by ₹70 per gram in the latest morning update on August 27, 2026, according to the Madras Jewellers & Diamond Traders Association (MJDTA).

The 22-carat gold rate in Chennai is now ₹14,940 per gram, while the 18-carat gold rate stands at ₹12,710 per gram. Meanwhile, the silver rate remains unchanged at ₹265 per gram.
