CM Vijay Completes 100 Days in Office: Speaker JCD Prabhakar Hails Milestone

Tamil Nadu Assembly Speaker JCD Prabhakar has described Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay`s first 100 days in office as a historic milestone for Tamil Nadu, highlighting the government`s focus on transparent and corruption-free governance.

Speaking in the Assembly, Prabhakar praised the Chief Minister for initiatives focused on social welfare, women`s safety, youth skill development and employment generation.

According to the Speaker, the first 100 days of the Tamil Nadu government led by Chief Minister Vijay have marked a new phase in the state`s political history.

He highlighted several initiatives announced by the government, including women`s safety measures, social welfare schemes, free electricity of up to 200 units, waiver of cooperative farm loans and plans to provide quality housing for economically disadvantaged families.

The government has also placed emphasis on skill development programmes for young people and measures aimed at creating more employment opportunities in Tamil Nadu.

Prabhakar said the first 100 days have laid a strong foundation for the government`s broader vision of establishing transparent and corruption-free governance.

He described the administration as a people-oriented government, citing its focus on welfare schemes and initiatives intended to improve opportunities and living conditions for residents.

The Speaker particularly highlighted programmes related to women`s safety, youth skill development and social welfare.
