Chennai - Mangaluru Special Trains Announced for April 2026: Timings & Details
To manage the increased passenger demand during the festive season, Southern Railway has announced special train services between Chennai and Mangaluru in April 2026.
These special trains will provide additional travel options and help reduce crowding in regular services.
Train Schedule
Mangaluru - Chennai (Train No. 06126)
Departure: 4:00 PM on April 6 & 13
Arrival: 10:30 AM (next day) at Chennai Egmore
Chennai - Mangaluru (Train No. 06125)
Departure: 2:00 PM on April 7 & 14
Arrival: 6:50 AM (next day) at Mangaluru Central
Major Stoppages
The trains will stop at key stations including:
Perambur, Tiruvallur, Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Palakkad, and Shoranur.
Booking Information
Reservations for these special trains will open from April 4, 2026. Passengers are advised to book tickets early to avoid last-minute rush.
