Broadway Bus Terminal to Continue Operations; Relocation Temporarily Postponed

The Chennai Metropolitan Transport Corporation (MTC) has announced that the Broadway bus terminal will continue to operate, as the proposed relocation has been temporarily postponed.
In a press release issued on Monday, the MTC stated that an earlier announcement had indicated that buses operating from the Broadway bus terminal would be shifted to the temporary bus terminals at Island Grounds and Royapuram starting Wednesday (January 7). However, due to administrative reasons, the relocation has now been deferred.
The corporation further clarified that the revised date for the relocation will be announced at a later time. Until then, all bus services will continue to operate from the Broadway bus terminal as usual.
