Healthy drink for Indigestion and Pitham

Ingredients

Coriander seeds (Dhania) - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (Seeragam) - 1 tsp
Fresh Curry leaves (Karuveppilai) - 1 Handful
Palm candy / jaggery or Nattu sakkarai - 2 tbsp

Preparation

In a wide bowl add one and half glass of water.
Add Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves to it.
Boil for 10 minutes and the water reduces half in volume approximately.
Switch off the stove.
Filter the mixture and add Jaggery to it.
Mix well and drink hot.
Its healthy digestive drink.

Tips

You can drink at morning or any time for one week.
You can try using sugar or honey instead of jaggery.
You can have this drink if you find any symptoms of pitham, indigestion and nausea.
