Passport Mela in Chennai on 13th December: On-line registration from today (10th December)!

A special passport mela is scheduled to be conducted in Chennai on 13th December.
On-line registration for participation in the passport mela starts from today, Wednesday, 10th December.
The passport office has set the target of issuing 1 Crore passports across the country.
Special camps are being conducted to achieve this target.
Accordingly, Chennai Regional Passport Office has scheduled a a special passport mela on Saturday, 13th December.
The mela will be conducted at the Passport Service Centre in Shaligramam, Chennai. On-line registration for participation is due to start today (10th December) at 2.45 PM .

It is expected that over 1100 direct applicants and 200 Tatkal Applicants will benefit by this special mela.
