Programme to train drivers
The Chennai Corporation has started a training programme for its drivers to reduce the number of accidents caused by its vehicles. A corporation press release said the programme would be held for all 1,115 drivers of vehicles used for various purposes such as conservancy work, health related work and street lights repair work at the Institute of Road Transport, Taramani.
