MCA, MBA counselling starts on July 21

Counselling for MCA and MBA will commence on 21st July at The Government College of Technology (GCT).
The session will begin at 10 a.m. Seats will be allotted first for the differently abled. There are 9,502 MBA seats and 3,844 MCA seats on offer.
The MCA counselling will conclude on July 28. On July 30, the college will start the MBA counselling and complete it by August 14.
This year, the MCA and MBA seats at Periyar University, Salem; Anna University; the University of Madras; Mother Theresa University, Kodaikanal; and Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, will be filled through counselling.

The details of the counselling schedule are available on the college websitewww.gct.ac.in. The number of seats available will be updated daily. Candidates who did not get the call letter need not wait for it. Based on their rank, they can participate in the counselling. On arrival at the college, they can get a duplicate copy of the call letter.The candidates should bring along Rs. 5,300 in counselling fee if they belong to the general category and Rs. 1,150 if they belong to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes. A portion of the sum will be adjusted against the tuition fee.
