World Meteorological Day to be celebrated on March 23

On March 23, the regional meteorological centre will celebrate World Meteorological Day.
The theme for this year�s celebration would be �Weather and Climate: engaging youth�. Prof Narayana Rao, director (research), SRM University, will be the chief guest and Prof R Jagananthan, head of the geography department will be the guest of honour at the their centre on College Road.
