Chennai Metro Online Ticket Booking Faces Technical Issue

Passengers are currently facing difficulties while booking Chennai Metro Rail tickets online due to a technical issue.

The Chennai Metro Rail administration has informed passengers about the issue and advised those travelling by Metro to purchase their tickets at the counters available at Metro stations.

The online ticket booking facility is temporarily affected due to the technical problem. Passengers who are unable to book their tickets online can therefore approach the ticket counters at the respective Metro stations and obtain their tickets before travelling.

The Chennai Metro Rail administration has stated that work is currently underway to resolve the technical issue. Passengers can use the Metro station ticket counters until the online ticket booking facility is restored.
