Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Weather Forecast: Moderate Rain Likely Today and Tomorrow

The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Chennai, has announced that moderate rainfall is likely across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry today and tomorrow.

According to the latest weather update, a lower atmospheric circulation is currently prevailing over the northern districts of Tamil Nadu and nearby areas, leading to cloud formation and rainfall activity.

Key Weather Highlights:

- Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is expected in several parts of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on November 10 and 11.

- Due to the existing weather pattern, heavy rain is likely in isolated places on November 12.

 Districts Likely to Receive Heavy Rain (on November 12):

Thanjavur, Pudukottai, Ramanathapuram, Virudhunagar, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari, Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Theni, and Tenkasi.

Chennai Weather Outlook:

In Chennai and its suburbs, the sky will remain partly cloudy, and light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning may occur in a few areas later in the evening or night.
