Dhanurmasa festival at Lakshmi Narasimha Temple
The Sri Rangamannar Sametha Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Alwarpet is celebrating its Dhanurmasa festival till Dec 26. Thiruppavai upanyasam will be given by Dhamal Perundevi at 6.15 p.m. everyday. On Vaikunta Ekadasi, the deity will be decorated and taken on a procession (Garuda Seva) around the streets of Alwarpet.
