An incentive of Rs. 6000 for students who pursue Philately as a hobby
The Department of Telecommunications has decided to select students who excel in the hobby of Philately (Collecting postal stamps) and encourage them with an offer of incentive.
The scheme has been named �Deen Dayal Sparsh Yojana�. An order has been issued to give incentives of Rs. 6000 to the students selected who pursue Philately as a hobby.
This incentive will be offered to the successful students on the quiz programme and Planning Estimate for the Postage Stamps.
