Southern Railway to Operate Special Trains Between Chennai Central and Ambala Cantonment for Festive Season

In light of the increased passenger demand during Deepavali and Chhath, Southern Railway has announced special trains between Chennai Central and Ambala Cantonment, Haryana.

Train Schedule:

- Train No. 06097 (Dr. MGR Chennai Central – Ambala Cantonment Festival Special)
- Departure: Chennai Central at 5:15 am
- Dates of Service: October 28, November 4, November 11
- Arrival: Ambala Cantonment at 2:10 am (Third Day)

- Train No. 06098 (Ambala Cantonment – Dr. MGR Chennai Central Festival Special)
- Departure: Ambala Cantonment at 3:30 pm
- Dates of Service: October 30, November 6, November 13
- Arrival: Chennai Central at 1:35 pm (Third Day)

Coach Composition:
- 10 Sleeper Class Coaches
- 6 General Second Class Coaches
- 2 Disabled-Friendly Second Class Coaches

These trains will operate weekly to accommodate the festive rush and provide additional travel convenience.
