Chennai E-Auction: 5,543 Unclaimed Vehicles to Be Sold
A total of 5,543 unclaimed and ownerless vehicles that have remained in Chennai for several years will be sold through an electronic auction (e-auction).
Of these, 1,936 vehicles were put up for auction today. The remaining vehicles will be auctioned after their valuation process is completed, according to the authorities.
The Chennai vehicle e-auction is expected to help clear vehicles that have remained unclaimed for a long period.
