Mega Chennai Job Fair at Loyola College to Offer 50,000+ Job Opportunities

More than 500 companies are expected to participate in the Mega Chennai Job Fair to be held at Loyola College on July 11, offering over 50,000 employment opportunities across a wide range of industries.

According to a press release, the event is being jointly organised by the Rise Foundation and GiveLife Foundation, with the support of Loyola College and Chennai`s HR community.

Recruiters from sectors including manufacturing, information technology (IT), IT-enabled services (ITES), banking and finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education and training, logistics, tourism, retail, sales and marketing are expected to hire candidates during the event.

The organisers said 216 manufacturing companies and 94 IT and ITES firms have already confirmed their participation. They expect the job fair to become one of the largest employment initiatives held in the country.

The Rise and GiveLife Foundations have successfully conducted similar large-scale recruitment drives in the past. A job fair organised in Tirunelveli in June 2025 reportedly resulted in more than 8,000 candidates receiving offer letters in a single day, while another event held in Tiruchy in February 2026 helped over 12,000 job seekers secure employment opportunities.

For the Chennai edition, the organisers are aiming to issue more than 25,000 offer letters in a single day.

Participation is free for candidates who complete online pre-registration. Those who attend without registering in advance will be required to pay a nominal registration fee of ₹100.

Pre-registered candidates will also receive online interview preparation and training sessions, priority access to participating companies, and greater flexibility in choosing their preferred employers.

Interested candidates can register through the GiveLife website or contact the organisers at 75300 88293 for additional information.
