Tamil Nadu Weather Update: Foggy Conditions Likely From February 10 to 15
Due to the presence of a lower atmospheric circulation over the Comorin Sea and adjoining areas, foggy weather conditions are likely to prevail across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal from Tuesday (February 10) to February 15, according to the weather department.
From February 10 to 13, moderate fog during early morning hours is likely at isolated places in Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupattur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Nilgiris, and Theni districts.
Meanwhile, light fog may occur at a few places during early mornings in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Salem, Erode, and Dindigul districts.
For Chennai and its suburbs, Tuesday’s forecast indicates clear skies during the morning, followed by partly cloudy conditions later in the day, with a possibility of light fog at isolated locations during early morning hours.
