Chennai Metro Water to Conduct Grievance Redressal Meeting on May 9 Across City Zones
The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board has announced that a public grievance redressal meeting will be conducted on May 9 (Saturday) across several zones in Chennai.
According to officials, the monthly grievance meeting, usually held on the second Saturday of every month, will take place from 10 AM to 1 PM at Metro Water area offices located in Tiruvottiyur, Manali, Tondiarpet, Madhavaram, Thiru Vi Ka Nagar, Ambattur, Anna Nagar, Teynampet, Kodambakkam, Valasaravakkam, Alandur, Adyar, Perungudi and Sholinganallur.
Residents can directly participate in the Chennai Metro Water grievance meeting and submit petitions related to drinking water supply, sewage issues and other civic complaints for immediate attention and resolution.
Officials stated that the initiative aims to improve public service delivery and provide faster solutions to water and sewerage-related concerns across Chennai city.
