Important Notice for Ration Cardholders: Special Camp Across Tamil Nadu Today

A special camp is being held today at ration shops across Tamil Nadu to verify the Aadhaar details of beneficiaries linked to ration cards through fingerprint authentication.

Ration cardholders who have not yet completed their fingerprint registration can make use of this special camp.

According to a government statement, the Central Government has instructed that fingerprint-based verification must be carried out for all beneficiaries linked to electronic ration cards to verify the Aadhaar details of Priority Household and Antyodaya Anna Yojana ration cardholders under the National Food Security Act.
