LPG Customers Must Complete Aadhaar e-KYC by August 15

LPG customers across India have been advised to complete their Aadhaar e-KYC by August 15. Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum customers may face difficulties in booking new cylinders if the verification is not completed.

The e-KYC requirement applies to regular domestic LPG customers as well as Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries.

Download your gas company’s official app - HP Pay, IndianOil ONE or Hello BPCL. Log in using your mobile and consumer number, select Update e-KYC, and enter your Aadhaar number.

Then download the official AadhaarFaceRD app and complete the face scan for biometric verification.

Customers who have already completed e-KYC do not need to repeat it. Those unable to complete it online can visit their gas agency for assistance.
