Lava Virat Curve 5G with 6,000mAh Battery Launched in India at Rs. 23,999

Lava has launched its latest 5G smartphone, the Lava Virat Curve 5G, in India. The new smartphone comes with a 6,000mAh battery, a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor and a small secondary display on the rear.

The rear display allows users to view important notifications and set customised text and emojis without unlocking the smartphone. The Lava Virat Curve 5G is available in three colour options.

Lava Virat Curve 5G Specifications

The Lava Virat Curve 5G runs on Android 16. The company has confirmed that the smartphone will receive two years of OS updates and three years of security updates.

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels.

It is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor and comes with 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device also supports up to 6GB of additional virtual RAM.

For photography, the Lava Virat Curve 5G features a 50MP primary rear camera with Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS). For selfies and video calls, it comes with a 13MP front camera with screen flash support.

The smartphone has a MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor and supports face unlock.

The Lava Virat Curve 5G is powered by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. A 33W charger is included with the smartphone.

Lava Virat Curve 5G Price in India

The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of the Lava Virat Curve 5G is priced at Rs. 23,999. After applicable bank discounts, customers can purchase the smartphone for an effective price of Rs. 19,999.

The smartphone is available in Ellora Slate, Heritage Indigo and Makrana Ivory colour options.

The sale of the Lava Virat Curve 5G will begin on Flipkart from September 28.
