Pudukkottai Drone Ban on November 2, 2026: Restrictions Ahead of CM Vijay’s Visit

Drone flights will be prohibited across Pudukkottai district on November 2, 2026, ahead of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay’s visit. District Collector M. Aruna announced the restriction as part of security arrangements for the Chief Minister’s scheduled programmes.

According to the district administration, Chief Minister Joseph Vijay is scheduled to attend various government events in Pudukkottai on Monday, November 2.

Considering security requirements, the district administration has prohibited the operation of drones throughout the district on that day. The restriction will remain in force for November 2.

Drone operators and members of the public are advised to follow the district administration’s instructions and avoid flying drones during the restricted period.
