CM Vijay to Launch Dedicated Mobile App for Perambur Residents to Register Public Grievances

Perambur residents will soon have access to a dedicated mobile app to register public grievances, requests, and civic issues. Complaints submitted through the app will be forwarded directly to the Chief Minister`s Special Cell for quicker action.

The platform will also allow residents to submit requests and other public service-related information separately. Authorities aim to resolve complaints within three days.

The app is expected to be launched soon by Chief Minister Vijay along with Perambur MLA M.K. Anbazhagan, making grievance redressal faster and more accessible for the public.
