The culinary journey begins with an enticing selection from the steamer. Delicately crafted Basil Chicken Dimsums, infused with bird’s eye chilli and ginger, sit alongside aromatic Northern Lamb Dumplings, seasoned with cumin and coriander. Vegetarian favourites include Corn & Spinach Cheese Dumplings, Vegetable Crystal Dimsums and pillowy Steamed Mantao Buns, served with a vibrant chilli-garlic dip.

From the wok, the menu unfolds into a celebratory spread showcasing the depth and diversity of Chinese cuisine. Guests can savour Wok-Smoked Braised Duck with Bamboo Shoots; Cantonese Tiger Prawns steamed with garlic and wine; and Steamed Fish with Lime Leaves, offering delicate citrus notes. The selection also features Stir-Fried Lamb with Okra and Green Chillies, the comforting classic Hong Shao Rou, and Chicken with Wood Ear Mushrooms and Onions.
