Quarterly Exams End: Tamil Nadu Schools to Remain Closed Until October 4

The quarterly examinations for students in Classes 1 to 10 have concluded, and schools will remain closed for the quarterly vacation from today, September 26.

The exams began on September 16 for students studying in government and government-aided schools and ended on September 25.

Schools will remain closed from September 26 to October 4, giving students a nine-day holiday. Classes will resume on October 5, 2026.

On the reopening day, teachers are expected to return the evaluated answer sheets to students. The second-term textbooks will also be distributed on the same day.
