A revised electricity tariff comparison chart in Tamil Nadu is gaining attention among domestic consumers after highlighting reductions in EB charges for households consuming between 210 and 500 units.
Under the existing welfare scheme, domestic consumers continue to receive 200 units of electricity free of cost. Beyond this limit, the revised tariff calculation system introduced by TNPDCL is expected to reduce electricity charges for several consumers across the state.
