Hearzap Acquires Amplifon India, Expands Hearing Care Network to 420 Centres

Hearzap has completed the acquisition of Amplifon India`s hearing healthcare business, marking a major development in India`s organised hearing healthcare sector.

The acquisition adds around 240 hearing care points of sale, including 115 directly operated centres, to Hearzap`s network. With the deal, Hearzap`s footprint has grown to 420 centres across India, supported by more than 1,000 service providers.

The company is targeting 500 centres by 2027 and plans to expand into Tier II and Tier III cities, while investing in AI-enabled diagnostics, tele-audiology, rehabilitation services and clinical training.

The combined business is expected to generate more than ₹230 crore in revenue, with Hearzap targeting around ₹250 crore this financial year and nearly ₹500 crore by FY2029.
