A new 15-storey Tamil Nadu Secretariat and Assembly complex is planned at Pattinapakkam Foreshore Estate, Chennai, at an estimated cost of ₹1,200 crore. A 3.5-km elevated corridor is also proposed to ease traffic congestion.
