Audi Introduces New Generation Q3 SUV in India

Audi has unveiled the third-generation Q3 SUV in India ahead of its market launch during the 2026 festive season. The new Q3 is the first of several major products Audi plans to introduce in the Indian market over the next 12 months. The company is also expected to launch the A5 sedan and Q9 SUV.

Exterior Design

The new Q3 features Audi’s latest grille design, along with lower-mounted headlamps, full-LED daytime running lights and contrasting elements on the bumper.

On the sides, the SUV gets 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, body-coloured door handles and ORVMs. At the rear, it features an illuminated Audi logo, a connected LED light bar and completely redesigned tail lamps with individual LED elements.

Interior and Features

Inside, the new Q3 gets dual digital displays positioned at an angle towards the driver. Other key features include a new steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, a redesigned centre console with chrome elements, power-operated front seats and multi-zone climate control.

The SUV also comes equipped with Level 2 ADAS and a 360-degree camera with an auto-parking function. Compared with the previous-generation model, the new Q3 is 100 mm longer and also gets a 100 mm longer wheelbase, offering improved cabin space.

Engine and Transmission

The India-spec Audi Q3 is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine tuned to produce 200 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Expected Price

The new Audi Q3 is expected to be offered in multiple variants in India. Its price is likely to range from around Rs. 46 lakh to Rs. 52 lakh.

The new Audi Q3 will compete with models such as the Mercedes-Benz GLA, BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, MINI Countryman and BMW X1 LWB.
