Quarterly Examination Schedule Released for Government and Government-Aided Schools

The quarterly examination schedule for students studying in government and government-aided schools has been released. The quarterly examinations will begin on September 16 and conclude on September 24. The quarterly vacation has been announced from September 25 to October 4.

The quarterly examination schedule for students from Classes 1 to 12 studying under the Tamil Nadu State Board syllabus for the 2026–2027 academic year has been released. The examinations will be conducted from September 16 to September 25, as per the announced schedule.

According to the notification, the quarterly examinations will be conducted for students from Classes 1 to 12 studying in government, government-aided and private schools. For students from Classes 1 to 8, examinations for the respective subjects will be conducted on the specified dates between September 16 and September 24.

For Class 9 students, the examinations will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm, while Class 10 students will write their examinations from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

- September 17 – English
- September 18 – Optional Subject
- September 21 – Mathematics
- September 22 – Physical Education
- September 23 – Science
- September 24 – Social Science
