TASMAC Complaints and Grievances: Toll-Free Customer Service Centre Launched

Chennai: TASMAC has announced that the public and consumers can submit their complaints, grievances and other issues related to TASMAC through its toll-free customer service centre and official social media platforms. The customer service centre has been operational since August 31, 2026.

According to the statement issued by TASMAC, the toll-free customer service centre has been introduced to make it easier for the public and consumers to report complaints, grievances and other issues related to TASMAC retail outlets and services.

The public and consumers can contact the toll-free telephone number 1800-889-2015 and the official WhatsApp number +91-7397720230 to submit their complaints, grievances and enquiries.

The toll-free customer service centre will operate 24x7 and receive complaints and communications from the public and consumers.

TASMAC has also provided access to its official social media accounts through the following platforms:

Through the toll-free customer service centre, WhatsApp and official social media platforms, the public and consumers can easily submit their complaints and grievances to TASMAC.

The complaints received through these channels will be brought to the attention of the concerned officials. They will be continuously monitored to ensure that appropriate action is taken and the issues are resolved, TASMAC said.
