High-Speed Test Run on Velachery–Parangimalai Line on March 5

Southern Railway has announced that a high-speed test run will be conducted on the Velachery–Parangimalai elevated rail line on March 5.
According to officials, the trial run will take place from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The public has been strictly advised not to approach or cross the railway tracks during this period to ensure safety.
The test is being carried out ahead of the scheduled commencement of regular train services from March 10.
