Grievance meeting organized by Water Board (CMWSSB)

CMWSSB (Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board) has announced that a grievance meeting is organized tomorrow (Saturday, 9th November) at the open-house discussions when complaints regarding drinking water supply or drainage/sewerage can be presented.

Grievance meetings are being organized every 2nd Saturday of the month on behalf of CMWSSB. Accordingly, the grievance meeting for this month is scheduled to be conducted tomorrow (Saturday, 9th November) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM at all the offices of CMWSSB.
During this grievance meeting the public/consumers can apply or explain in person the complaints regarding drinking water/sewerage system, or details regarding the relevant taxes/charges, and new connections required for drinking water/sewerage by submitting petitions regarding the same and get them attended.
