New numbers for Railways complaint registration

The Railways Department will introduce a series of four digit numbers that will serve as help desk lines for customers. These lines will serve as SMS or voice recording or both.
The Railways previously had the number 132 that served as a security helpine. To increase the facilities available to customers, they have approached the Telecom Department for approval for a series starting with 1320. 1320 will be a complaint registration service. This number can be used through SMS or a voice service.
The next numbers in the series 1321 and 1322 will relate to catering and security related issues. These numbers have voice facility only. The first phase of this initiative will introduce these 3 numbers. The others in the series � 1323 to 1329 � will be introduced shortly.
