Job Opportunities - 182 posts for Research Engineers
Announcement for jobs as research Engineers has been made by the Defence Research Institute.
DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation) operates under the Ministry of Defence. DRDO�s associate set-up, Recruitment Assessment Centre, has announced this. 182 research engineers are to be selected.
Department-wise, 72 posts for Electronics and Communication Department, 47 posts for Computer Science Department, 48 posts for the Mechanical Engineering Department, 8 posts for Physics department, and 7 posts for the Aeronautics department have been announced.
Age limit: Candidates must be under 28 years of age as on 10th April, 2016. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and differently-abled will be given age concession as per the rules and regulations of the government.
Academic Qualifications: Posts are available for candidates who have completed engineering in Mechanical, Computer Science, E C, Aeronautics, Textiles, and Chemical. A pass in NET GATE is essential.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained GATE and the interview.
Fees: Applicants will have to pay Rs. 100/- as fee. No fees for candidates of SC/ST , differently-abled and women.
