Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board has requested the residents to pay the pending water and sewage taxes immediately.
In order to avoid last minute constraints and legal action by Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, the Board has requested the residents to pay the taxes immediately. Tax can be paid at Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board headquarters, depot offices, collection centres and government e-service centres. Payment can also be made online in the website chennaimetrowater.gov.in using credit or debit card. Collection centres will function on all days except Sundays.
If the tax is not paid, the water connection will be disconnected.
