Incentives to use ATM cards! Income Tax Concession proposed!

The central government has planned to offer concessions in income tax for individuals who use their ATM/credit/debit cards for payments.
It is also proposed to cancel the additional charges when these cards are used for buying train tickets, petrol, diesel, etc.
This measure which encourages electronic financial transactions is detailed in the website of the central government ministry of finance. The site requests for feedback from the browsers before 29th June.
