USA - H1B Visas to be decided on lucky draw basis!

USA has been issuing type H1B visas for individuals without US citizenship to enter USA for jobs.
H1B visa is hugely popular especially among the employees in the field of Information Technology.
In this scenario, a large number of applications exceeding the quota for H1B visas have been received for the 3rd successive year.
The lots of applications were received within the first 5 days of the date of invitation!
The quota for H1B visa is set at 65000, same as last year.
In addition to this, 20000 visas will be issued for the candidates who had completed post-graduation in US Universities.
Going by the large number of applications far in excess of the permitted quota, US Immigration & Citizenship department has decided to conduct a �Lucky Draw� through computer for deciding the H!B visa winners!
