EPFO is planning to offer new services through agents.
EPFO Commissioner, Mr. K K Jalan, has informed that the new services will be of better quality.
Special agents will be appointed to respond and act immediately on complaints received regarding PF pension payments, etc.
He informed that a similar service is being offered in the Income Tax department.
Lots of complaints are received regularly received regarding PF related issues.
PF circles inform that 1.21 Crore complaints have been resolved until now during this year.
