Following the onset of the Northeast Monsoon, the Bay of Bengal has witnessed the formation of two cyclonic storms. The first storm, named Arnab, formed on October 25. Now, the second storm, Cyclone Murasu, has intensified into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm, raising concerns about heavy rainfall and strong winds across Tamil Nadu.
