Grievance cell for auto drivers
The Tamilnadu state transport authority has decided to form a grievance cell for autorickshaw drivers from this weekend.
Officials will have a two-hour meeting with auto drivers once a week to address their issues, sources said. Commuters can call 04424749002 or 04426744445 to complain against overcharging drivers.
