TATA Joins hands with Singapore Airlines
The TATA group said that it has joined hands with Singapore Airlines and that the company is about to initiate its service in India. A MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed between these two companies. The new venture will now commence from New Delhi and offer its full-service model.
TATA sons stated that their company would own 51% of the shares and the remaining 49% will be with Singapore airlines. It is to be noted that TATA already has partnership with AirAsia company.
