New bridges across Tamil Nadu
New bridges have been built at the cost of Rs. 120 crores across the state. Chennai�s new 3-lane one is across the adyar river near fortis malar hospital.
The other bridges include ones in Maduranthakam, Vazhaipandam, Narayanakuppam, Thiruvakkarai, Kothampatti, Thanjavur and Pazhaipalayam.
Tamil Nadu chief minister, Ms. J. Jayalalithaa inaugurated these bridges via video conferencing yesterday.
